Joomla has announced the road map for the fourth coming development of the joomla open source content management ( CMS ). The roadmap will provide you with an insight into the new version releases and what the planned functionality will include in the new releases. - Translation of the static text in the Adminstrator
- Addition of basic right-to-left (RTL) support
- Improved handling for non ISO-8859-1 character sets by implementing UTF-8
